Accolade AV specializes in 2 different areas of the Audio/Video field. First, we want to help your Service Department grow. We do this by providing RavHD or Remote AV Help Desk. This off-site help desk allows you to have a full time service tech on a toll free help line for your clients without the substantial cost of having a full time employee with the added costs that come with them. Our cost for a 40 hour a week experienced technician is less than $12 an hour! Every call for help from your clients have an experienced technician on the other end of the phone to walk them through simple problems to complex problems with their AV system. As soon as the call is over, your Service Coordinator receives a detailed Trouble Ticket with all the information of the problem with your clients system so that they can either document the call or send a technician out with all the information about the problems with the troubled system and possible items needed to fix it. This saves on-site time and creates less return trips.
Also, RavHD allows your technicians and/or clients to call in to test their IP Video Conferencing Systems. RavHD has its own VTC system to allow your technicians to test the systems that they install and adjust any problems that might arise with the new system.
The second item that Accolade AV offers is Technical Manuals and Quick Starts for new or used systems. Our technical manuals are very affordable and have stood the test of time because we listen to our clients and have designed our manuals to be easy to read and to the point. Using pictures as well as words, your client can usually understand their system without having to call RavHD or the Service Department of your company.

This means that the cost for having an employee is about $80 (employees wages + admin cost + insurance costs). RavHD can be a first line service technician for less than $12 an hour.
